Educational material:User Onboarding: Step-by-step Recording Guides

I designed a centralised and scalable guide collection system for Sleip that makes resources easier to find, use, and maintain across all platforms.

Sleip is an AI gait analysis tool for veterinarians and other equine professionals. The users might not be fully familiar with similar tools or equine biomechanics and therefore we need to provide them with sufficient educational material.

Project Goal:

The goal of this project was to create a centralised, consistent, and scalable guide collection for Sleip, making it easy for users and stakeholders to find, access, and maintain all guides across platforms.

I began by identifying all the areas in the app linked to guides, allowing us to clearly see what requires enhancement.

Anchor links were created to the guides in the file for us to be able to find the correct guide more quickly.

Conducted consistent feedback sessions with veterinarians, stakeholders, and different colleges regarding the specialised content.

Design library

An extensive components set was built and used for the guides in our design library.

Created prototypes for the guide collection page.

Created all guides in three formats which all had responsive components.
